Frequently Asked Questions
No. The EZ Cart is NOT rated as a seat — the open frame is designed for lightweight hauling, not sitting. If a built-in seat is important to you, look at the Backpack Cart, LG Cart, or Compact Cart, all of which are rated to 300 lbs.
Weight, price, and bag size. The EZ Cart is ~3–5 lbs lighter, $90 cheaper, and fits oversized bags that the enclosed LG frame can't accommodate. The trade-off is no seat. If you don't care about sitting on your cart, the EZ Cart gives you more for less.
Almost everything. The open-frame design has no rigid size limit like the enclosed carts. Grip AX3, Pound bags, Upper Park Shift, Innova Superhero, Latitude 64 bags, and even oversized tournament bags all work. If it's a disc golf backpack, it probably fits the EZ Cart.
The built-in shelf supports the bag from below, and most players secure it with a bungee cord or strap (sold separately or easy to DIY). On flat terrain the shelf alone holds most bags in place. For hilly or rough courses, a strap is recommended.
The ~6″ shelf clearance fits a soft cooler, a folding stool, extra layers, towels, or a ZUCA accessory pouch. It's bonus storage that the enclosed Backpack Carts don't offer — one of the EZ Cart's biggest advantages for players who bring extra gear.
The handle telescopes down and the wheels pop off for compact storage. With wheels removed, the frame fits in back seats, closets, and most car trunks. Full dimensions with wheels are 26.5″H × 24″W × 16″D. It does not meet FAA carry-on specifications.
