MVP Nomad
The MVP Nomad is James Conrad’s straight-stable putt & approach disc, designed to be his ideal putter. The small bead, comfortable depth, and clean release give you neutral flights on the green and confident, straight lines off the tee.
Flight: 2 | 4 | 0 | 1. Inside the circle it flies neutral, with gentle fade showing at longer ranges and on drives. Some premium runs list 2 | 4 | 0 | 1.5 for a touch of extra finish. Official specs
Why throw the MVP Nomad?
- Straight-stable James Conrad signature putter with a small bead for added longevity.
- Neutral flight for putting, with enough fade to trust in Circle 2 and beyond.
- Off the tee, it holds lines well and glides without sailing long past the basket.
- Great for spin or push putting styles thanks to its clean, consistent release.
- Works for all skill levels, from first putter to confident driving putter.
Plastics
Electron (baseline – Firm, Medium, Soft): ultra-grippy baseline blend that beats in to very straight flights. Electron Nomads are perfect as primary putting putters and touchy approach discs.
Cosmic Electron (baseline swirly – Firm & Soft): Electron feel with multi-color “cosmic” patterns. Cosmic Electron Nomads keep the same neutral-stable flight with upgraded, swirly looks.
Plasma (premium, metallic): durable, semi-gummy premium plastic with metallic sheen. Plasma Nomads add a hint more fade (often listed as 2 | 4 | 0 | 1.5), making them excellent straight-stable driving putters.
R2 Neutron (recycled premium): eco-conscious recycled Neutron with a black core and white rim. R2 Neutron Nomads fly like Neutron counterparts, offering neutral-stable putter flights with a slightly softer, grippy feel.
Eclipse R2 Neutron (glow, recycled): glow-capable R2 Neutron with bright glowing rims. Eclipse R2 Nomads keep the same straight-stable flight and add glow performance for night and low-light golf.

FAQs
What are the MVP Nomad flight numbers and what do they mean?
The Nomad is rated 2 | 4 | 0 | 1. That means putter speed, strong glide, neutral high-speed stability, and a gentle fade for straight putts and controlled drives.
Is the Nomad overstable or neutral?
The Nomad is neutral-stable. It flies straight inside the circle, then shows a soft, reliable fade at longer ranges or higher power.
How does the Nomad compare to the Atom and Envy?
The Atom is also straight-stable but lower profile and beadless. The Envy is more overstable. The Nomad sits between them as a small-bead, neutral-stable putter with a touch of finish.
Is the Nomad good off the tee, or just for putting?
It excels at both. In premium plastics like Plasma and R2 Neutron, the Nomad is a very reliable driving putter that holds lines and lands near the pin.
Which Nomad plastic should I choose?
Choose Electron or Cosmic Electron if you want a grippy putting putter that beats in to laser-straight. Pick Plasma for a durable driving putter with a hint more fade. Go R2 Neutron or Eclipse R2 Neutron if you want eco-friendly, premium-feeling plastics with straight-stable flights and, in Eclipse, glow performance.

For me I believe you must be confident and more importantly..... COMFORTABLE !!!
Unfortunately For me the nomad putter just didn’t feel comfortable in my hand. I’m not saying it’s a bad putting disc whatsoever.
Again for me comfort is a key ingredient to perform at your highest ability and I’m just not comfortable with it. You on the other hand just made might love it.
