FAQs
What are the Prodigy X2 flight numbers and what do they mean?
12 | 5 | 0 | 2 means fast distance speed with strong glide, neutral high-speed stability, and a dependable fading finish.
Why do I see different X2 flight numbers online?
Some retailers still list older ratings like 13 | 4.5 | 0 | 4 (or similar). Prodigy’s current official pages list 12 | 5 | 0 | 2, so that’s what we use.
Is the X2 good for forehands?
Yes. The X2 is torque resistant and stays predictable when thrown hard. It’s a strong choice for forehand distance lines and windy tee shots.
How does the X2 compare to the X1 and X3?
The X2 is built for long, overstable control. The X1 is typically the beefier option. The X3 is designed to be less stable than the X2 with more glide and a softer finish.
Which plastic should I choose for the X2?
Choose 400 for premium grip and all-around performance. Pick 500 for a firmer feel. Choose 750 for maximum durability and stiffness. Go 400G if you want slower break-in and longer-lasting stability.
