The 4 GYROpalooza Special Editions

MVP

Prototype GYRO-X Beam

  • Type Distance Driver
  • Flight (Tentative) 10 / 6 / -0.5 / 1
  • Plastic Fission
  • Artist Matthew Jorde

The next evolution of GYRO. An ultra-lightweight Fission core and a smaller, far denser GYRO rim with metallized weight filler push more weight than ever to the outer edge, so throws hold spin, hold their line, and fly further. Now a more throwable 10-speed, released in a wide 145-175g range, with a triple-foil illustration.

MVP

Neutron Mass

  • Type Overstable Putter
  • Flight (Tentative) 4 / 2 / 0 / 3
  • Plastic Neutron
  • Artist DoubleRam Design

A brand new mold debuting in this box. The Mass brings the low-glide, overstable profile of discs like the Stasis and Range into a slightly faster speed class, giving you abundant stability and pinpoint landing-zone accuracy on putts and approaches. Triple-foil stamp.

MVP

Particle Proton Control

  • Type Overstable Distance Driver
  • Flight 10 / 5 / -0.5 / 2
  • Plastic Particle Proton
  • Artist Green C Studio

An overstable 10-speed built as the complement to the Trail. The Control stays reliable in headwinds and feels great in the hand, now in one of MVP's most dazzling plastics with a triple-foil illustration of the controls behind some of MVP's more unique visitors.

Streamline

Proton Soft Turbulence

  • Type Overstable Fairway Driver
  • Flight 7 / 2 / 0 / 3.5
  • Plastic Proton Soft
  • Artist Brent Schoonover

An overstable 7-speed with a concave flight plate for clean, torque-resistant releases and reduced glide for fairway accuracy. Soft Proton gives it an incredible feel in the hand, finished with a ghostly space-denizen illustration.

Frequently Asked Questions

GYROpalooza is MVP Disc Sports' biggest annual release, a yearly celebration of the GYRO family across MVP, Axiom, and Streamline. The 2026 box is loaded with 11 discs, blending exclusive special editions with Lab Seconds for huge value.
Every box contains 11 discs: 4 GYROpalooza Special Edition discs with multi-foil stamps, 2 R2 Neutron discs, and 5 Lab Second discs. The four Special Editions are the same in every box: the Prototype GYRO-X Beam, Neutron Mass, Particle Proton Control, and Proton Soft Turbulence. The R2 Neutron and Lab Second molds vary from box to box.
MVP's next evolution of GYRO. It pairs an ultra-lightweight Fission core with a smaller, denser GYRO rim loaded with metallized weight filler, moving more weight than ever to the disc's outer edge. The result is a disc that maintains spin, holds its line longer, and flies further. Tentative flight numbers are 10 / 6 / -0.5 / 1, released in 145-175g.
A brand new overstable putter with tentative flight numbers of 4 / 2 / 0 / 3. It has the low-glide feel of the Stasis and Range in a slightly faster speed class, built for players who want lots of stability and accuracy from a putt and approach disc. It releases in 170-175g.
Lab Seconds are factory-second discs with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect flight. They fly like first-run premium discs, which is a big part of what makes the box such good value. The specific molds and plastics vary by box.
R2 Neutron is MVP's recycled premium plastic, made from reclaimed Neutron material. It delivers the same great Neutron flight and durability with a more sustainable footprint.
One hundred boxes contain a Golden Ticket granting entry to next year's in-person GYROpalooza event at MVP headquarters in Marlette, Michigan. Find one and you are going to the party.
The 2026 GYROpalooza Box is available for preorder now. MVP will announce the official release date, and preorders ship as soon as the boxes arrive.
