Innova Leopard3
Innova Leopard3 is a modern control fairway built for clean distance and easy shaping. It’s the “faster Leopard” feel, with a slightly quicker, flatter fairway pace.
The Leopard3 is best when you want movement without chaos. It has controllable turn out of the box. It also has a small fade that keeps it honest.
Thrown smooth and flat, it can fly laser-straight for a long time. Give it a touch more speed and it starts to drift right (RHBH). That makes it great for late-turning fairways and long woods lines.
Hyzer-flips are where the Leopard3 feels automatic. Start it on a gentle hyzer. It stands up to flat, glides forward, and finishes softly. You get distance without a big left finish.
For advanced arms, the Innova Leopard3 becomes a finesse weapon. It holds controlled turnovers with less effort. It also makes a reliable “touch driver” in the 275–350 range. Use it when you want shape, not dumpy fade.
Wind is the one real warning label. In calm air, it’s a line-hitter. In a headwind, it can turn earlier than expected. Add hyzer, go heavier, or disc up when needed.
This mold also shines for standstills and low ceilings. It wants to stay on plane. It rewards clean spin and nose-down control. If you like fairways that teach form, this one is money.
Flight: 7 | 5 | −2 | 1. Controllable turn with a soft finish for hyzer-flips, tunnels, and glidey turnovers. Official Leopard3 overview
Why throw the Innova Leopard3?
- Easy hyzer-flips that stay straight for a long time.
- Smooth turnovers that hold the angle without dumping out.
- Point-and-shoot tunnel control for wooded fairways.
- Great “step-up” from a Leopard into more speed.
- Useful standstill and low-ceiling fairway option.
Plastics
In-stock plastics and runs rotate. Select what’s available above.
DX: Baseline grip with the easiest turn and the quickest seasoning. Great for learning hyzer-flips and long turnovers.
Star: Premium grip and durability with a smooth, workable flight. Great “main bag” Leopard3 plastic.
GStar: Flexible and tacky, especially in colder weather. Often feels glidey and easy to shape.
Champion: Firm and very durable. Often flies a touch more stable and holds that stability longer.
Halo Star: Premium Star blend with Halo styling. Many runs add a bit more stability and consistency.
Glow Champion / Proto Glow (special runs): Glow-ready Champion blends for low light and night rounds. Flight can vary by run.
Tour Series (special runs): Runs like the Ohn Scoggins Proto Glow Halo Star can add a different feel and stability window.

FAQs
Leopard vs Leopard3: which one should I bag for the woods?
The Leopard is slower and can feel easier to shape at lower power. The Leopard3 is faster and usually pushes farther on the same line. If you want more carry without losing turn control, choose Leopard3.
What’s the straightest Innova Leopard3 plastic?
Many players start with Star for the most balanced “point-and-shoot” flight. Champion often flies a bit more stable and finishes a touch harder. DX can be very straight once it seasons.
How does the Ohn Scoggins Proto Glow Halo Star Leopard3 fly?
Tour Series and Proto Glow Halo Star runs often feel a bit more stable and torque resistant. They are great when you want the Leopard3 slot but need more trust in wind.
Leopard3 vs IT vs TL3: which one covers which slot?
IT is usually the glidey, easy-turn fairway for tight woods and touch shots. Leopard3 is the balanced “workable fairway” that hyzer-flips and turns smoothly. TL3 is the straighter, slightly more stable control option when you want less drift.
Can the Leopard3 be a roller disc?
Yes. It’s a great controlled roller, especially in seasoned DX or workable Star. Start it on a gentle anhyzer and let it stand up. Add speed only after you control the angle.
