Latitude 64 Opto-X Plastic
Opto-X is the X-series version of Latitude 64's flagship Opto plastic, and it shows up mainly on tour and signature runs rather than in the standard lineup.
What the X means
Across the Trilogy brands the X suffix marks the firmer, more overstable take on a premium blend — Dynamic's Fuzion-X and Westside's VIP-X work the same way. Expect a stiffer disc that resists turning over on a hard throw, rather than a different plastic altogether.
Feel and durability
Opto's durability with extra stiffness. That combination is why it ends up on tour-series runs: a disc that holds its angle under power and keeps doing it for a long time.
Best uses
Power throws and forehands, headwinds, and any line where you need the disc to finish rather than flex out.
