Latitude 64 Opto Plastic
Opto is Latitude 64's flagship premium plastic: translucent, extremely durable, and built to take hard hits without losing its flight. If you know the other brands, it sits where Innova's Champion, Discraft's Z Line and Dynamic Discs' Lucid sit — the blend you buy when you want a mold to fly the same way for years.
Feel and durability
Firm and smooth in the hand, clear enough to see light through. The durability is the headline: Opto discs hold their original stability longer through heavy use than anything else Latitude makes, which is why they end up in the hands of players who throw the same driver hundreds of times a week.
Best uses
Drivers and midranges you throw hard and often, and any course that punishes a disc — tree-lined fairways, rock, concrete tees. If you want the same mold with more grip for cold or damp rounds, Gold Line is the opaque, grippier premium alternative.
What is on this page
A disc is listed here if we currently stock it in plain Opto. Open one and you may still see other plastics in its dropdown — that is just the product page showing everything that mold comes in. What you will not find here is a mold we stock only in an Opto sub-blend.
Those have pages of their own: Opto Air for the lightweight version, Opto Moonshine for glow, and Opto Orbit for the two-tone rim.
